De locatie. Op fietsafstand was alles wat we nodig hadden.

De slaapkamer beneden. Er zijn geen gordijnen of rolluiken. En één van de bedden is klein. Beneden is super veel ruimte, het was handig als er nog een badkamer of WC was. De buitendouche is niet in gebruik. Er is een fijne keuken met oven etc. Ook veel opbergruimte. Genoeg pannen. Iets van oven schalen zou fijn zijn.

التأخير في دخول السكن حيث كان خطأ من قبل بوكينج في العدد وتم التعديل ولكن الفندق رفض وتم تأخيرنا في الدخول طريقة تعامل الموظفين قبل الدفع كانوا لطيفين و بعد دفع المبلغ تغير اسلوب التعامل وكان الاسلوب الرد غير مقبول

Die Unterkunft bietet zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten, wie eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Kicker, eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool. Sie war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation funktionierte sowohl per Chat als auch telefonisch einwandfrei. Geschäfte sind nicht direkt um die Ecke, sondern etwa 2 km entfernt, weshalb ein Auto für Einkäufe notwendig ist. Zum Zeller See sind es ca. 1,8 km zu Fuß. Der Service des Anbieters war hervorragend, und die Ausstattung ist auf dem neuesten Stand.

Very warm, clean house. Facilities were excellent, even an Xbox and a big screen TV. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances which is perfect if you decide to stay home and enjoy breakfast/dinners with your family.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Short drive to Kaprun and other ski resorts. Parking directly in front of house. Whole top floor, good amount of space. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge room with Netflix and Xbox. Nice bathrooms with heated floor in the main one and nice shower. Comfortable beds and good amount of wardrobe and shelf space. Good lighting. Ample electrical plugs.

The heating setup is problematic. The main bathroom is well heated but the heated towel rack is not working. The bedrooms have electric wall heaters but the thermostats are just a few cms directly above so the heaters switch off prematurely before sufficiently heating the bedrooms. Without the heating on, the bedrooms were at 15 and 16 degree and wouldn't warm up until I relocated the thermostats. The controller for the lounge room looks to be broken which meant there was no heating at all for the lounge/kitchen area. In a cold January this made it very uncomfortable. After multiple messages and calls WeRent brought a portable heater on the second night. Until the floor heating is fixed you really cannot be there without the extra heater. This same issue was reported by another guest in November so I assume it's been an ongoing problem. After a visit from WeRent staff they agreed to take this up with the owner.

Everything was perfect. Clean new amazing view .. kitchen with tools.. space.. its perfect
