Neil, who is perhaps the most amazing host I have ever come across. I am a longtime hospitality professiona, from his recommendations prior to us arriving, to our check in and our entire stay. He was always available with terrific suggestions and help. Our breakfast each morning was great, lots of options and very high quality. I can't say enough about the quality of the room and view at Atoles Retreat...we can wait to come back!!

Absolutely everything. From the breathtaking views to the super comfortable and stylish room (room 6) to the delicious well curated breakfast in room to the most welcoming staff and incredible manager Neil, everything was top notch. The wine bottle gifted on arrival from a local producer was also delicious.

Loved everything! Just a note for people it might bother, there are quite a few stairs to go up and down - have no fear however, they will help with the luggage.

There are quite a few stairs, but as Neil wisely said, “You have to make a little sacrifice for those breathtaking Caldera views!” and it was so worth it.

The retreat was wonderful and peaceful. Great for those wanting to be close to activities but want a quiet place to stay. Amazing service and friendly. The view is gorgeous.

The view from our caldera view suite was breathtaking. Best private view I’ve ever seen in my life. We looked forward to having the delicious breakfast that you can select each day while overlooking the stunning view. Sunset view is out of this world. It also felt much more private than other similar hotel suites that were sitting right on the Fira to Oia hiking trail. The service was excellent - special thanks to Neil for making our stay a breeze. We felt like we had everything we needed at all times.

Some spray of the shower onto the ground as the shower is not completely enclosed but didn’t bother us much.
