Mountainview Apartments

This flat is very beautiful. The bathrooms and decor are of very top standard. It could be described as luxurious. Brilliant hot water and pressure, beautiful and large bathrooms. Comfortable beds, and fresh, new bedding and towels. Everything was of an extremely high standard. The on site free sauna was of a high standard and an extra perk which was fun to use. The location of the flat, very close to a good supermarket and in Westendorf was beautiful and very convenient. Great location.

The kitchen area was a little small and made cooking a little tricky. I think this flat is designed more for eating out than cooking in. Although its possible to cook, its a little tight on space. Especially compared to the rest of the flat which is large and roomy. Indeed, some basic cooking equipment was missing. I had to send messages to reception to get a chopping board and tin opener. A chopping board appeared, but unfortunately they never got me a tin opener, said they didn't have one, so I had an unopened tin I coulnd't use. This service didn't match how fantastic the rest of the flat was. Why didn't they just go and get one and provide one for the flat when a guest asks? Seems standard to me.

Mooi complex, leuk dorp, schitterende omgeving

Klein minpunt: het complex is gelegen aan vrij drukke weg met veel verkeer. Vooral de tractoren maken veel geluid.

Good location, spacious apartment, wonderful bathrooms and nice spa downstairs

The mattresses are foam and need replacing. You can feel the shape of other bodies in them. We all slept poorly as a result. The fire alarm went off at 7am and all the guests stood around for 30 min in the cold while a woman ran around trying to turn it off. No explanation or apology offered to the guests. You have to give a 100 euro deposit per person in cash day of arrival and only get it back by bank transfer 10 days after you leave.

The location was great and the facilities were immaculately clean.

Good Location

No toilet roll, 0 effort, no shampoo no body wash, Absolutely noting compared to other appartments in the area. Knowone at reception each evening, They take a 500 euro deposit on arrival only inform you 2 days before you arrive. Absolutely 0 service, and they expect 300 + a night. Complete rip off. Will not be staying here again.

Location was perfect it was extremely clean and comfortable and a good size for the family
