Staff not very friendly. We had to cut our trip short and the front desk assured us no early departure fees, but they charged us anyway. Then I spoke to a manager twice who said they would credit us the early departure fees and it still didn't happen, and I have put in a dispute with my credit card company. Also this is the only hotel in the area that charges daily self parking, and this is a wide open suburban area (not downtown or unique place to charge parking). There are many other choices with free parking. Will never stay here and has frankly eroded my confidence in the Marriott Bonvoy brand.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was extremely busy that weekend, but the Staff professionalism was outstanding.
