"Kindness at the best level "

I booked a room not knowing there were 13 stairs involved. I just had knee replacement surgery. So the stairs were a no thank you. But the wonderful manager at the wagon wheel saw my situation and changed our room to a ground floor level unit . Thank you for all the kindness. The room and our stay were just perfect.

"I wouldn’t book here again."

Location: great! Pool: great! Reception staff: attentive and friendly! Cabin stay: Not clean! Our duvet had blood on the underside and a used bandaid! I didn’t realize this u til after I had slept in the bed and got up in the morning. It really freaked me out. The cooktop of the stove was greasy and the kitchen did not have enough dishes/cutlery/supplies. We didn’t end up cooking in the kitchen at all. The irony was there was a tip envelope for the housekeeping staff. I wasn’t impressed. We saved our money for quite sometime to go on a trip and this accommodation was the biggest cost of the trip. With conversation rates it ended up being over $800 Canadian for two nights at the motel. The cost did not match the quality and I wouldn’t book us to stay again.

Excellent service, went the extra mile to accommodate our late check in. Trip allowed us time for short sleep stay only, but we would definitely stay again on our next trip in a few weeks.

"Exceptional"

Had to book a room last minute and this was the cheapest option near me. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. The woman who checked me in and out was very kind, the room was nice and clean and included a smart tv (not a deal breaker, but was great). I would absolutely recommend and stay there again!
