Overall good but the beds in the room were old and there was some smell .

A lot of construction

Room was small but we'll appointed and clean. The queen Murphy Bed took up nearly the entire room but it was arranged for convenience. The only glitch was that when I arrived at about 9:15 pm there was no one to check me in. I had to wait about 15 minutes and the phone number left behind by the desk clerk just went to voicemail.

Efficient usage of the small room space is amazing. Even though the room only measures ~20'x10', it has everything needed for me including a large microwave oven, a good size refrigerator, and a comfortable queen bed. It will be even better if the murphy bed could be raised a bit easier. The bed is heavy for lifting up.

Great location to osu. Just one block off campus. Although our room had a Murphy bed we felt very comfortable and had enough space. Little Jeni's ice creams when you return home at night. Also coffee, latte machine in the lobby but no breakfast. Parking is free and is safe below the hotel. Wonderful balcony on the top floor. Each floor of the hotel as a nice shared kitchen with every possible thing you could need

I had absolutely no problems with the stay. Considering it is in the heart of the Ohio State area, it was quiet, comfortable, and without any issue. Room was cozy but had more than enough amenities, and the staff was courteous and professional. Only quibble was with the lack of a sink in the bathroom, but even that is minor with a kitchenette you can use to offset that. AND, they gave me free Jeni's ice cream. C'mon! Would absolutely stay here again.

Very disappointed in this stay. We were forced to drive in circles to find location as there was no parking. The contact number provided in my Itinerary fro Expedia was not even a working number so seriously thought I was duped. After searching the internet finally found the number and was told to park in an illegal tow away zone to check in. Very disappointing experience. Also room has flies and smelled like mildew.

Misleading room photos, misleading photos of the area around the building (the outside of the building itself and surroundings just look like dirty campus apartments) and overall property description, no management or work being done really. Adult campus kids running and screaming through halls, nobody does anything. Some kind of poop or throw up trail on the floor overnight and through the entire next day, nobody does anything. The public areas that they are charging you for are not kept clean, and it was hard to even just get housekeeping for my own room.

So convenient plus very compact room with the same amenities as a larger hotel. Very nice

It was a very quick trip, so the small space was fine. It’s tiny. Parking was easy and convenient. There was hair on the wall of the shower. The deadbolt on our door didn’t work. 10 min easy walk to the shoe.
