I know that it would be a pretty hefty cost, but the rooftop bar is in really bad shape. Nobody is up there. There’s no bartender up there. There’s no misting system. There’s no cover from the sun and the view is amazing. It’s a waste of a great view.

"Someone stole my credit card info. After I gave my credit card info to the front desk for a deposit ."

I checked in on 08/17/2025, have the front desk my credit card as deposit, and next day my credit card got a charge of $77.93 by Vib hotel, I went to front desk to ask what was this for ? But they couldn’t find it, they had no idea. it was pending then. I got home today on 08/21/2025, and this charge was complete. Somebody stolen my credit card info. Since they had my credit card info. It was very bad experience there. I have to Cancun credit card.
