A due passi dal Teatro Politeama

There seems to be no communication between Hotels.com and Wonderful Italy because I was asked when I would be arriving 3 or 4 times, even though I had completed the travel information on the booking and replied each time to the messages. When I booked this apartment, I selected it from a map which showed it as being in or adjacent to the Teatro Politeama when, in actual fact, it is 700m away in some random back street. Having said all this, despite the frustration, the apartment is reasonable for the price and luckily everything was within 7 to 25 minute walk.

I love the decoration and the location. So charming and very good access.

it’s a shame that the place is not appropriate to live. I had to leave and ask for a refund (which was not granted to me). it is very humid and has mold in the bathroom. The bathroom is extremely old and not comfortable or even acceptable. It smells like sewage. I got sick by sleeping in that house unfortunately. I had to leave and they were very rude about it. I asked for a refund and they told me my reasoning was not enough for a refund. I had to be assertive and tough so they ended up keeping the money for the days I already stayed and changed with booking like I “changed dates” to leave earlier. So, no refund. Terrible service. The place needs serious changes.
