Lovely little inn in a great little market town. Staff are all excellent and we both - and our dog were made to feel welcome :)

Dinner menu is limited to pub grub. Salad was gritty as not washed. Mains special was excellent. Friendly service. Table needed a wipe over as sticky. Bedroom was quiet (except for traffic noise, and outside teeny bop music they had playing through a speaker (unnecessarily). Had to sleep with window shut, which made the room stuffy. Breakfast was OK but they didn’t provide any yoghurt, let alone natural. Again, nice staff. It is clearly a successful operation, well run, suited to the local demographic.

The rooms have recently been renovated and are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The restaurant is excellent for dinner and the breakfast really good.

Can thoroughly recommend this hotel as it surpassed our expectations in every way.

A lovely pub, modern bright decor and cosy feel. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in was easy and the room was bright, airy with an excellent shower and heated towel rail. The food was great and they cater for those who need gluten-free with a separate gluten-free menu. Breakfast was excellent with a freshly baked almond croissant.

They did not stock any gluten-free beer on the date we stayed, which would have been nice if available.

From booking in to booking out staff were amazing. Excellent breakfast got what we asked for every morning. Book room 2 highly recommended lovely big separate bath, room very spacious. Visit Tealby and Lincoln Centre highly recommended.
