The property is placed in very beautiful, quiet neighborhood and equipped with all appliances that you may need.

The things that was on a downside was: Loud, creaky floor. Loose power sockets. Uncomfortable mattress in a small bedroom.

It was clean and spacious.

Rude hosts and staff. Communication was horrible and not professional. They don’t entertain any small request even if you have a special needs child having a health issue. They falsely accuse you of lying when you submit the call records of you calling them and requesting for a late check out and addressing your child’s problems. The staff cuts you out and says a big no with a fake apology and very rude. I had to ask the lady to hear me out and tell her politely over the phone that she was not letting me finish what I was saying. They have zero understanding for a kid with special needs and they will not do anything to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was left spotlessly clean with no major issue and they later claim a cleaning fee for some very mild soap liquid stain on the sofa which was cleaned by me before leaving and they exaggerate without any photographic evidence. Please stay away from this accommodation, the building is old, floors creaky and with luggage a nightmare to go up the stairs. A big NO to the unwelcoming attitude of the management and staff. I have already contested the unjustified payment for something so trivial - they are exaggerating and the messages sent to me were simply horrible !!! I have filed a complaint with booking.com

Az ágynemű minősége nagyon rossz,a párnák elhasznált,kényelmetlenek. A lakásban enyhén érezhető csatorna szag. Nincs légkondi,ez nekünk most nem volt érdekes,de egy nyári időpontban történő utazás során fontos.

The views from the apartment was great and the apartment was spacious

Owner accused us of doing something wrong when we complained about toilet water running continuously without understanding the problem. We eventually sorted it by closing the toilet tap a little while and problem solved just didnt appreciate the insinuation that we done something wrong.
