It seems the hotel literally opened after the construction workers walked out found nails/screws on floor Sheetrock dust covered everything from ac to bathroom and floors

Rooms were not clean, dirty water, poop on a toilet that did not work. And the service was poor overall

For a company that wants to give satisfaction to its customers , this hotel really failed . First room they gave me was never cleaned . Second room the card key didn’t work Third room the receptionist escorted me and again the card key didn’t work and neither did her master key .The forth room was ok except for the intense sound of the smoke alarm beeping every 30 seconds which fired me to dig out my ear plugs Not happy with your offering of this inefficiently operated hotel and I’m requesting a refund
