Toyoko Inn Hiroshima-eki Stadium Mae

朝食の際、子供がりんごジュースをこぼしてしまったのですが優しく対応して頂けました！子連れにも親切なホテルでした！

チェックイン時にスタッフからの声掛けが無い。前泊の鹿児島中央の対応と比べると気になるし、他の同ホテルと比しても同様だ。

フロント対応が素晴らしい👍 フロントの女性が綺麗でした。

駅から遠い。 朝食を取る為の長蛇の列は改善の余地有り

L’hôtel est très bien situé à 10 min de la gare centrale de Hiroshima où on peut prendre tout type de transport. En face de l’hôtel, il y a un Lawson. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant et cela correspond au prix. La chambre double est plus grande que la moyenne au Japon et cela est très bien.

The room had a good size and a comfortable bed. We could use the washing machine and a dryer while we waited for the room. Free tea in the lobby.

The breakfast is crowded by people having breakfast and people waiting in the lobby, Japanese-style buffet, not very flexible when it comes to dietary restrictions.

Personeel... niet aardig in deze Toyoko Inn. Ben dol op deze keten, maar deze vestiging is minder dan de anderen.

We were happy to have 2 twin beds, rather than a single queen/double; we have had trouble locating rooms in Japan with 2 twin beds.

The beds were extremely hard.
