Roach infested everywhere, not good for babies

Cockroaches everywhere

The workers are very nice, however the rooms are not very clean, the floor was super dirty, rooms should be mopped before every guest, my socks were black from how dirty the floor was, and there was little baby roaches i saw in the bathroom and on the tv stand, they need to work on the cleanness of these rooms.

New management new floors the rooms was nice smell clean

This property has roaches and showed the manager they said they would give me my money back but haven't. Expedia also has proof that the property has roaches because we have video but Expedia still has not given me my $794.17 back. Everyday I have been fighting to get my money back.
