One The Old School, Leiston

Everything. It’s was very homely,spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfy.

Lovely house, stayed with another couple. Both bedrooms/ bathrooms were spacious stylish and comfortable, so no awkward debates about rooms. The kitchen living area is open plan which is great for socialising together. Lots of nice design touches and cinema film reference's. It is in the town, so it is easy to walk to local shops , restaurants, etc.

The property is huge, so much more room than I expected for a 2 bed. Everything was squeaky clean and the welcome package of milk, cake and crisps was so amazing and welcome.

Key safe is just by the front at a good height.

Our party consisted of two couples and so the layout with a bedroom and en-suite upstairs and a double with a bathroom close by was ideal. We loved the kitchen and open plan layout and the beautiful decor and comfortable sofas.

Everything was excellent

The hot water regulator on the shower broke so we were unable to use one of the showers

All of the facilities were of a high standard. Excellent furnishings.

Excessive traffic noise intrusion. No double glazing meant it was like sitting on the pavement. This was a real problem. If you like peace and quiet you will be very disappointed.

We had such a cosy and comfortable stay in The Old School House. The property contained everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect for exploring the region.

In exceptional condition and very comfortable.

Confused about who to contact when problem. Asked by booking agent to contact them and yet owner asked us to contact them. No wardrobe or chest of drawers in downstairs bedrooms and upstairs plug in sink does not work and rail in wardrobe too high for average person.
