Nice property, easy check in and out.

The property was cleaned I really like that a lot

I will probably say the pillows was too flat just my personal preference

Elevator was not working properly.... bathroom door would not lock... main door would not stay closed. Asked to have my 2 rooms connecting when I called ... that was not accommidated.

While the property was clean, rooms nice and breakfast nice the overnight gentleman on staff was less than nice. I arrived back after 11 only to discover there was no parking available due to trailers taking 5/6 spots. The gentleman says this is common and we need to find other parking. That happened to be a not so well lit parking lot a ride a busy road. Not acceptable .

We always search for Fairfield Inn when we travel. Unfortunately, when we found a cheaper price and called the Expedia associate told me I wouldn't get the cheaper price even though I should have because I paid for the cancellation upgrade. He hung up before I could talk sense into him. When I spoke to the hotel at check-in they were unable to change the price. From now on we will book directly through the hotel.

Great location, well lit, super clean and attractive.

The mattress could have been a little softer.

The hotel was up to date and very clean. The room was spacious and the location was perfect. We stopped in on our way to NY from TX and being right off of the highway was helpful! The parking lot was very well lit at night which is much appreciated.

This really isn't a complaint but the restroom door seemed like it had shifted. If the door was closed all of the way it was extremely difficult to open.

Friendly staff, clean and a good breakfast.

Someone had been smoking in the room we were allocated, but the staff quickly fixed the issue by changing our room.
