Had an amazing stay. Clean, modern, excellent service.

I will never stay in this hotel again no restaurant service during the day poor room, service cleaning wise just terrible for the amount of money

The staff and beautiful scenery

There was nothing I didn’t like

While the room was modern and pretty nice, the staff was horrible. On several occasions, we saw folks at the reception desk eating. Once, we we walked up, the employee had to put down their slice of pizza and seemed like we had bothered her. During checkout, I had gone down to get a luggage cart. While waiting on the elevator to go back up, one opened and an employee was wiping down the wall. He stared at me and never moved out of the way or encouraged me to get in. During checkout, those carts are at a premium, and I wanted to get it back down as quickly as possible, Lastly, it was weird that there was no microwave in the room. We had to go down the hall to heat up some food.

Modern rooms, cute hotel

Power outage for 12 hours. Couldn’t leave room. Thin walls. Breakfast was deli meats, eggs, yogurt, and coffee.
