The hotel staff is very friendly and able to help me through my process during the time the hotel was very cleanliness. However, the van at the front desk was exceptionally good and deserves a raise.

It wasn’t very kindly. I did hear talk about roaches. I don’t wanna talk bad about any property however it wouldn’t be somewhere where my wife wanted to stay.

Nothing at all I went for check in my room was not ready nor any room they did not have any house keepers on duty no rooms available

I haven’t received my refund back at all I did not get to stay they said they reversed the money back to booking.com because of no rooms never released my money it’s been 3 days now also I had protection plan still no responds

Nothing to like about this property but wasted time and money.

They said all the rooms were booked up even tho I booked a week prior and payed the full amount for the room. When it was time to check in they had no more rooms!!

What I like was the price but I guess I get what I paid for.

Too many residents and not enough rooms for hotel guest to rest quietly. Kids running up and down hallways screaming and playing games with no supervision. Messing with elevator and doors. We did not stay.

Some staff at this hotel was great but the overall experience was horrible not what is advertised on internet along with having to take your own room garbage to the dumpster or get a 250.00 charge is ridiculous I’m paying to stay at a hotel that is house keeping job you have to assist yourself with everything at this location
