"É un posto comodo e spazioso. Serve un pochino più di manutenzione."

La posizione. La grandezza delle stanze.

La polvere sulle tende e sulle finestre. La scarsa manutenzione delle docce. I cuscini troppo bassi quasi inesistenti.

"Bona opció per a quatre o cinc persones i bona localització."

És una planta baixa, en una localizació molt adient. Els matalaps són bons, durs, els banys están renovats i nets, la cuina está bé també, amb un congelador gran. Hi ha poc de soroll del carrer.

Falten alguns utensilis de cuina. Hi havia alguns llençols i algunes mantes tacades (en els llançols llavats) o inclús directament bruts sense llavar (en el cas de les mantes de l'armari).

"Agréable séjour, grand appartement bien équipé pour 5 et très bien situé."

La disponibilité de l’agence pour le check-in, l’emplacement à proximité des commodités et transports (métro, tram et bus à 2mn), la propreté et le confort. Les chambres sont très grandes et les 2 salles de bains sont bien équipées. La climatisation centrale était bienvenue après les balades ensoleillées. La présence d’un lave linge, sèche linge et lave vaisselle est un plus.

Juste l’absence de produits de nettoyage : pastilles lave vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, lessive, éponge etc. Mais les supérettes en vendent à bas coût à proximité. Sinon penser à en apporter si le séjour est très court.

Big and clean apartment at great location just a few steps from Porta Susa and a metro station. Smooth communication with the hosts. Excellent central neighbourhood. Two bathrooms, One in the big bedroom.

"Fine but tedious admin and oversight"

Location and size were rather good. Very near to a mainline railway station, metro, tram and bus stops.

Awkward and lengthy check in process online, then despite booking for a certain date and specifying the time on the online check-in the staff didn’t show. Why operate such a system when most apartments are opened by a key box but then not arrange an appointment with the customer via the portal or booking .com messaging service. When the staff didn’t show arrive after a 25 minute wait, a call to the office and two WhatsApp messages the cleaner was still in the apartment at 16.35. Only an apology and no gesture of goodwill for us standing outside or having to leave again to allow cleaning to finish.
