I loved the area, and staff

It wasn’t baby safe, there were exposed wires under the tables

Breakfast was expensive and the food was mediocre at best. When I explained that 3 of the people who were going to get breakfast did not eat at all the man at the front desk just shrugged his shoulders and basically told me that he didn’t care we had to pay for it anyway. Half of the time we had no hot water. Asked for extra bedding for the fold out sofa but never got any. Kids running around screaming through out the night. Roof top bar was right on top of one of the rooms we had and it was horribly loud. That room also had water damage and there was tons of drywall dust from where they tried to fix it. Would not ever stay here again.

I didn't like the interior decor of this property. It was colorless and overly cool: black, charcoal grey and grey are what I remember. Comfortable king size bed, yes, but sterile, cold, unwelcoming space, furniture and surfaces. I don't think there was even any art in the room. Bland.

The hotel had great and efficient service. We were in our room no more than 5 mins. after arriving. The hotel was also very clean and the bar had great service as well. We also need a late check out which they accommodated without an issue. Definitely would book again.

The property was great, very clean, courteous staff. My only complaint would be a group of kids staying there were very loud. Played in the hallway until late. We couldn’t even hear the TV a some point. Also someone let their dog poop on the floor right next to the front desk and left their empty fast food containers on the tables and floor in the lobby area. The staff had their hands full I’m sure cleaning up a terrible mess. Also I was very disappointed that on a Saturday night, the rooftop was closed because the bartender quit and there was no one to work it.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice. Upstairs bar was great. Will come back in the future

We have had a great experience with the hotel and front desk staff in particular. They are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

Love staying at this hotel. It’s safe, clean, beds are comfortable
