Clean and perfect location - roadworks going on outside which cannot be helped by the hotel but just need to plan ahead and walk a bit further with taxis! Rooftop bar is lovely for evening drinks

Breakfast adequate but nothing special - need some shade to be able to use rooftop pool - Seville is hot at the best of times a “suntrap” is not ideal

Bon emplacement au cœur de la ville. Idéal pour visiter les différents points d intérêts. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Perfect location, wonderfull top-roof pool panorama.Very friendly and hepfull staff. Loved their roof-top restaurant made sangria! That hotel was a definitely good choice.

Top Hotel in der Altstadt von Sevilla, unmittelbar bei den Setas de Sevilla (Metropol Parasol). Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Sevilla sind fußläufig erreichbar. Poolterrasse im 6. Stock mit überwältigendem Rundblick über die Stadt. Auch Restaurant und Bar befinden sich im obersten Stockwerk und bieten tolle Atmosphäre. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, modern und komfortabel ausgestattete Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die öffentliche Parkgarage ist rund 10 Gehminuten entfernt und kann über das Hotel vorgebucht werden. Vorteil: Kamera liest das Kennzeichen und Sesam öffne Dich, auch bei der Ausfahrt.

Location excellent if a little noisy at times with buskers in the evening Breakfast was good but there are good places with more local food if preferred

Lifts - didnt use other than arrival and departure (3 floor) cos they so slow Pool area a bonus but a shortage of sun beds - only 7!

The location is fantastic and right opposite the Setas de Sevilla. The roof top swimming pool was great with a lovely area to lie out in, the views across the city were fabulous. As a coeliac traveller, they had a separate, albeit small, GF section at breakfast, which was helpful. The room was very clean and a great size.

Overall the staff were nice, especially on reception and in the breakfast room but we encountered an extremely rude member of staff in the rooftop bar. We arrived at 10pm and were given a food and drinks menu. We waited 20 minutes before asking if we could order. The waitress came over and promptly whisked away the food menu telling us the kitchen was closed. We were a little surprised as she’d given us the food menu but ordered 2 wines. When she came back with the wines, we asked her what time the kitchen closed and she said 10.30pm. It was 10.25pm, which I politely pointed out and she snapped there was a problem with the computer. We had noticed she’d actually served a guy on his own after we’d come in. We asked for the Manager to be told there was no Manager available so my friend pointed out very nicely this wasn’t very good and we’d just have to write a review about the poor service, to which she snarled it wasn’t very good for her either! We carried on with our wines, enjoying the fabulous view but staggered by her attitude. She then came back 5 mins later and said she’d spoken to the kitchen and we could order after all. Maybe she’d had a bad night but no way to treat paying guests. We did complain to reception who were apologetic and said they’d note it down and have a word with the Manager. We didn’t hear anything else so mentioned it again upon check out 4 days later but they still hadn’t spoken to the Manager. To be fair to reception, they did knock the bill off at the end and again offered their apologies. Shame we had that experience as the roof top and bar and restaurant area are really nice but it put us off going there again.
