Staff was very friendly and the rooms nice and comfortable.

Everything was what I expected it to be.

Overall the stay was good. I did have a handful of small things wrong. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. (They did fix it the next day) They cleaned m room every other day but didn’t replace my towels. (They did bring me some) One day my room was left unlocked by the cleaning staff. Not a big deal but it is a little unnerving. (When I mentioned it to the front desk, they apologized. But weren’t very concerned if anything was missing or if I felt safe in the room still.) Overall it was good-ish.

The hotel was so clean and modern. Just a perfect location to University of Tennessee. The price is fantastic!

Excellent choice for our one night stay. Everything was perfect, including the front desk staff and the morning breakfast staff.

The property was very clean, had a great breakfast, and the staff was very professional. The only reason for the 4-star review was that we stayed 2 nights and did not get maid service, so it was disappointing coming back from a long day and coming into a messy room (unmade beds, dirty bathroom, trash cans filled). During COVID, it was acceptable, but based on how much I pay to stay in a nice hotel, I do expect maid service ... it's not as if prices of stays decreased after COVID, so maid service should most definitely be included in the stay. I also did not like their lack of environmentally friendly services at breakfast. Hotels need to lead the fight for conservation, which means limiting waste disposal. There is no reason to have paper plates and plastic utensils. Plastic straws should never be used when wooden stir sticks work GREAT. Please make the necessary changes to help us in the caring for our collective home and limit the amount of trash that overflows our landfills.

If you are looking for a stay close to 75 and want a great complementary breakfast, this is your place! 10 out of 10 for a convenient, fairly priced, clean stay. The breakfast and team that takes care of their kitchen, Monesha and Carrie (I think) are outstanding and really care and make a big difference in getting you started with a fresh meal to your day. I have not seen a better complementary breakfast before. I read it in another review and I selected the hotel for that reason! It really makes a difference. The rooms are very comfortable, beds are great, shower and bathrooms are clean and plenty of room, great parking all made for a perfect stay! Had a lovely stay and would come here again.

It was absolutely beautiful and new!

It was a pleasure staying in a nearly new property. the breakfast was the best I have ever had anywhere. The staff was courteous and it did not take long to check in. the rooms was perfect. the only thing that would have made it better were the pillows. All were soft and too much for two stacked and not enough with one. other that that it was great!
