מיקום יוצא מן הכלל. קרוב לכיכר המסחר ולכיכרות נוספים. מאפשר טיול רגלי בשלושה מן הרבים של ליסבון. העיצוב של המלון מודרני וחדשני. המעצב חשב על כול פרט בעת שיפוץ הבניין העתיק. בקומה העליונה נמצא חדר האוכל, ויש בו שתיה חמה ועוגות כול היום. ארוחת הבוקר טובה.

כיון שהבניין עתיק, החדרים קטנים וכך גם חדר המקלחת והשירותים.
