Tempo FLH Hotels Lisboa

Das Hotel war perfekt für unseren 4-Nächte-Aufenthalt in Lissabon – super zentral, direkt beim Elevador de Santa Justa. Es macht seinem Namen „Feels Like Home“ alle Ehre, denn man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause. Absolut empfehlenswert!

La posizione centrale, lo stile, la colazione.

La reception si trova all’ultimo piano che non è raggiungibile con l’ascensore. Il letto, in particolare il materasso non era comodo.

The location of this hotel is great.

Unfortunately the room we booked and paid for wasn’t what we got when we first arrived. We booked a Deluxe with a balcony and that wasn’t what we got when we first arrived. We had to spend the first night in that room, as they had nothing else until the following morning. Not sure how I felt on the guy who was on reception being on FaceTime/Video call whilst we were checking in too. They moved us the next day which was great of them and the lady the following morning was very helpful, however we paid for 4 nights and only stayed in it 3, I thought maybe a complimentary gift/wine or even some money back as we were put in the incorrect room and no other option but to stay in it.

I liked the location of the property.

I found the room to be too hot even though there was air conditioning.
