博多駅からは少し離れるが天神や中洲あたりへのアクセスも良いので不便はない。部屋はいつものアパの広さなので良くも悪くも滞在感はほぼ同じ。建物がこじんまりのおかげで、エレベーターなど館内アクセスが良かった。

まず駅から遠い。夜チェックインだったがかなり近くまで行かないとアパの建物が全く見えず探した。朝食を付けていました。この値段でこの朝食？しかも高齢の女性スタッフ何を話してるのかイマイチ聞き取れないし何故かついてくる。一旦椅子に座りドリンクを取りに立てばまた直ぐに来る。感じの良くない接客でした。次博多に泊まることがあればここはもう選びません。

地域性もあるが、あのコストなら大浴場なり欲しい。チェックイン待ちが快適ではない。待つ事前提なのに椅子などの数、場所が足りない。 つまりはホスピタリティ不足。
