For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. "Hotel muito bom só falta uns ajustes!"

O hotel é novo, limpo, bem conservado. O quarto é amplo, cabe até 5 pessoas. tem microondas e frigobar, ajuda muito para quem viaja com criança. A equipe é cordial, atenciosa. Local para café da manhã pequeno, lotou, teve fila de espera (que demorou mesmo), acredito que um hotel daquele tamanho deveria estar mais preparado para esse quesito. Room service demorou bastante, levando mais de 1:30 para entregar um prato kids. O hotel é próximo ao Snowland, Acquamotion e Parque da Monica, porém um pouco distante da Rua Coberta e Centro. No geral nossa hospedagem foi muito boa.

"Boa opção para famílias "

Boa estadia. Período de carnaval estava bastante cheio, o que acaba não comportando o tamanho das áreas comuns como piscina e sala de jogos para tantos hóspedes. Comida boa. Inconveniente de profissionais tentando vender cotas do hotel no lobby, diariamente, o que causou um pouco de desconforto.

Maravilhoso hotel!! Serviço all inclusive com excelentes refeições buffet no restaurante do hotel. Atendimento impecável. Áreas de lazer muito boas. Absolutamente impecável!
