I liked the out door pool fire pit area. The view from balcony was nice.

Coffee not being with the breakfast buffet. Had to go to front office to find the coffee for breakfast

Beautiful

Housekeeping. Pretty much had to keep asking for towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We did it all ourselves. No cleaning rooms for 5 night stay. Not happy about that

The location of this hotel was perfect for me to visit my family. The room was comfortable , the pillows fantastic! The breakfast terrific and staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.

My room did not have any hot water so both days I took a tepid shower. The price of the room was over the top expensive the week I stayed. Felt that took advantage of customers.

The staff was INCREDIBLY nice. What a breath of fresh air it was to be treated with such enthusiasm and kindness.

Cleaning knocked on our door prior to 11am (checkout)...maybe that is a me problem because I ALWAYS stay till 11 on the dot. I paid a good amount, I'm going to sit on the bed till I cant 😂
