Muy acogedor y excelente atención

Good hotel. Breakfast was good.

Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. PreisLeistung jedoch im unteren grünen Bereich. Das Restaurant ist jedoch deutlich (etwas 50%) teurer als zB im 5km entfernten Las Dreams im Beach Restaurant. Leider ist der Strand überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Würde nicht nochmal herkommen und eine Unterkunft am Strand woanders suchen. In der Gegend gibt es ohnehin nichts zu sehen. Playa Rajada und Playa Rajadita sind sehr gut zum Baden und fürs Fotoalbum.

Older property but clean and unique. Staff was excellent. Food was good. The beach was dirty but still a nice getaway for a 1/4 of the price of a all inclusive

We got married on the peaceful quiet beautiful beach here. It was in October and there was one other family staying at the property so it was like we’d rented out the whole place. It is very basic and not easy to get to, but once you arrive, they’ve got a nice pool and restaurant to enjoy yourself and your family.

If I could give this "resort" 0 stars, I would. For $150 a night, I expected at least basic cleanliness and functionality, but it fell far below even the lowest standards. The room was disgusting, with a missing toilet paper holder and floors and shower that appeared to have gone years without proper cleaning or mopping. I highly doubt the room was disinfected between guests. Bugs were everywhere, which might be expected in the area, but the lack of proper door sealing made it worse. Dead ants blew in under the door daily, and the bathroom was infested with large spiders. The resort offered only two free water bottles on the first night of the stay—after that, guests must purchase their drinks. The food was overpriced and inedible, with fish falsely advertised as mahi-mahi that turned out to be overcooked and unrecognizable. Drinks were watered down; I watched a bartender pour six ounces of alcohol into my drink, yet it had no effect, and I’m not even a regular drinker. The location was equally inconvenient. Without a rental car, there were no nearby restaurants within walking distance, and the nearest decent hotel was $500 a night. I was stuck for two extra days over Christmas while arranging transportation to leave. Though the staff offered a room upgrade for the inconvenience, I couldn’t trust that any room would be cleaner than the one I already had. To top it off, they refused to refund me for the days I left early. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve EVER had

We stayed for 5 nights at Nandel Beach Resort and it was a truly marvelous experience in a little spot of paradise that we would highly recommend! The staff was really kind and competent and always there if we had an issue of any kind! Special mention to Alexander at the restaurant that offered us a wonderful service during our stay!

We really liked our night at the hotel. We were staying during rain season and the roof of our room started to leak. I contacted the front desk via WhatsApp and they immediately moved us to another room with no issue. It is worth the price, and it was really clean. The restaurant was really good, much more than what we were expecting. Local traditional food, not extraordinary but very tasty and pleasant. It was perfect for a short stay!
