Room was not ready by 3pm and they didn’t set-up the extra bed that was already booked in advance, we had to ask for it. Towels didn’t smell like they were washed properly, there was a BO smell before even using them.

Great location for access to the SM Mall. The room and shower were great

The breakfast was the absolute worst I had in all of the Philippines. Otherwise my overall rating would have been higher. Perhaps the Asian selection was better…

Free Parking outside.

I didn't like that the restaurant has a food inventory management problem. The Philippines has this issue all the time. They were out of the shake we requested. To really make it worse out of Cannoli for desert. I have been wanting to have my girlfriend try these. We decided to not eat there. Not happy with poor food inventory management control. Wont ever eat there after that!
