秦王宮に行く予定だったので、めちゃくちゃ近くて便利だった！スタッフは翻訳機を使って説明してくれてチェックインも安心でした！部屋がとても綺麗で、窓から秦王宮が見えて最高の眺めでした！コンセントも沢山あり、日本のもので十分つかえました。朝食も美味しく最高の2泊3日になりました！ありがとうございました！

The room is cozy, clean and I can enjoy every corner alone. Facilities are good, breakfast is variety, free self-laundryservice 24 hours.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. The breakfast is standard, but the location is excellent, very close to the Qin Palace. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as several Hanfu rental shops to choose from!

The staff cannot communicate in English, even though this is an international chain hotel. We had to use a translator app to communicate, but it sometimes caused confusion. Additionally, the room cost charged to us was higher than the amount shown on Booking.com (including taxes). The hotel charged us 10-20 yuan more than the listed price. When we raised the issue with the staff, they claimed the extra amount should have already been refunded through the system, but we never received the refund. Communication was difficult and often misunderstood. We couldn’t follow up on the matter further because we had to leave quickly to catch a train, as our ride to the station had already arrived.

It's very close to the movie site, which is the primary reason we choose to stay here. The breakfast is nice. The staff members are very helpful.
