It was ok
It’s was in a good location.
It was wonderful. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and transportation. I was a repeat guest. The negative thing about my stay I couldn't get a lower level room. Too many steps to get to my room
I was disappointed with the small beds that are being sold as DELUXE. I asked staff for a bigger mattress and they never budged. I called expedia.com to intervene and nothing changed. After unsuccessful negotiations I was offered by the expedia associate to cancel with refund. I am waiting to be refunded
The room was clean, but lacked basic, amenities (shampoo, soap, & lotion) Needed a microwave.
Need a coffee maker in the room
CHECKING IN IS SLOPPY NO DIRECTIONS GIVEN HAD TO LOOK FOR THE ROOM DIDNT KNOW IF IT WAS UPSTAIRS OR DOWN
Excelent stay.A lot of room. Super great bed. Clean.
The staff was courteous, there was a roach on my bed and the outlets were hanging out from the wall. It was ok for just an overnight stay but would not recommend it. There was a loud noise all night.
The stairs is too much if you have luggage. No where to sit if you want a lil outside breeze off.
