The location

I booked one night but couldn't sleep because of the motorcycle noise. Very loud as the hotel by the road. I was on a high floor

"Less employee bad service"

Very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Even for a simple welcome drink, I had to wait almost 30 minutes without any clear explanation. It is unbelievable that such a large hotel seemed to have only one staff member handling many guests at the same time, making everything slow and unorganized. The overall stay felt uncomfortable because the service was clearly not prepared to handle guests properly. Management seriously needs to add more staff and improve the service system so guests do not have to wait that long for something so simple. The building and location may be good, but the service quality definitely needs major improvement.

i have stayed at this hotel, the staff really helpfull and good, especially Gresya, she helped me to order taxi, etc. for breakfast its good, no reason to dont come here, ill be right back Mercure!!
