Staff was helpless with me! I arrived earlier and they didnt tell me how can i store my luggage. They just pointed out a place and let me do it by myself. I dont speak korean so i didnt know where to store my luggage as it wasnt in english as far as i remember. i had to take it with me, outside the building which made me have a bad experience

"Comfy, convenient room if you need somewhere not too far from the airport to stay."

The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very spacious.

The bidet wasn't working during out stay.
