Was ideally located to the shopping mall, which was walkable on 5 mins, even though there was a shuttle bus offered free.. Large selection available for breakfast, we didn’t eat in any of the other restaurants… Bed was comfortable, we were staying in one of the executive rooms on the 10th floor, spacious.. The staff we did interact with were friendly & courteous.

Towels could be softer. Not ideal location if you wanted to explore Bangkok plus at least an hour from the airport… We chose to stay as our friends lived near by, otherwise we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel..
