Been there for a few times and it has always been good until this time.

The carpet for one of my two rooms was soaking wet. Told the staff and they said will dry it next day. The next day, while my two children were out, I saw their room door was wide opened ! With my children ‘s laptop on the table. Nobody was in the room! I informed the cleaning staff and she still told me maybe my son did not close the door. I asked my children and they told me it’s impossible. They have closed it. This is totally not acceptable for me . Any one could just go in and take away my children ‘s stuff. The lack of security is really bad. And the they brought in a big fan to blow the carpet dry and left the fan in the room. When my children went back to the room , the fan was still there and it was so noisy so we had to ask them to remove it , leaving the carpet still wet.
