Muy limpio y bonito. El personal que ahí labora todos extraordinarios. El único gran problema es la rampa de la calle al estacionamiento. Todos los carros pegaron (porque esta muy mal diseñada) el auto de mi sobrina tuvo un serio problema con ese defecto y ahora tendrá que pagar la compostura.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos el hotel, la primera vez nos fue muy bien, en esta ocasión tuvimos inconvenientes con el servicio en específico del encargado del turno nocturno, llegamos a la 1 am, ya le habíamos avisado y al parecer no estaba despierto, tardamos 50 mins en que nos abrieran la puerta y traía a menores de edad conmigo, tuvimos que hacer demasiado ruido afectando a otros huéspedes, el hotel al parecer atenderá está queja para que no se repita
