Scrupulously clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

No heat in the room. We froze!! No hot water in the shower or bathroom sink.

Parking inside the property, No restaurant in the property, Close to downtown, Nice and clean.

Had to ask for hot water for the shower, staff not very friendly. Coffee station in the hallway but you had to plug in the water pot to heat it up and wait.

Very convenient location. Room was clean, beds are very comfortable. Lots of hot water for showering. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My Spanish is limited so I appreciated that one staff member spoke perfect English. I would defined stay again.

This was the quietest place I have ever stayed in Mexico. Peaceful , the beds and quilts were wonderful , hot water , and there was a table outside to make tea and coffee. Staff were great and helpful. I would come here again.

It is difficult to write a review when everything is so perfect, the friendliness of the staff, the pulchritude of the place. It was just an amazing experience, and we will not stay at another place in Patzcuaro, but here. Now, the convenience of having an inside parking lot with a roof is great. Jess and the rest were simply amazing hosts.

This is the second time I've visited this place and it has always been great. Clean and friendly staff. The location is good close to the centre and easy to get by foot. Quiet and peaceful. Nice to have the coffee facilities available. Thank you all for your attention and friendliness.

In the booking details, it states queen beds but they are double beds. It wasn't a big deal but it would have been more comfortable to get the queen size. When we travelled, there was a heat wave but they were not enough fans available. Not too bad as it cools down at night.
