Era un viaggio di lavoro. Sono passati due mesi, ho scritto alla struttura, chiamato e richiamato più volte il servizio clienti per avere una ricevuta fiscale che mi serve per il rimborso al lavoro. Ma sono stata letteralmente presa in giro per due mesi. Ad oggi mi hanno mandato una ricevuta con la dicitura “documento non fiscale” e sono ancora in attesa di quella fiscale. SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE PER VIAGGI DI LAVORO SE AVETE BISOGNO DEL RIMBORSO SPESE O DELLA FATTURA. ATTENZIONE inoltre perché è la più grande azienda di affitti brevi in Italia quindi ve la ritroverete a gestire anche altri alloggi e non solo questo. Si chiama Wonderfulitaly.

We arrived late and paid for a late check-in and tourist tax but were told the flat was not ready for occupation. No clean sheets or towels. We were offered a refund for the room, but not for the agency charges which were expensive. My point being that if the agency were doing their job this room would have been checked beforehand. It is unacceptable to expect guests to sleep in a used bed.
