"Disappointing experience At TownePlace Suites Madison West/ Middleton"

I waited four days for a call back from the night manager, despite numerous attempts to reach him. When he finally deigned to speak with me, he was cold and impersonal. Inhospitable, to say the least. We've been staying at this hotel since it opened and it's always been our go-to in Madison, one of our favorite Marriotts. However, the change in management has been such an abrupt departure from our many other stays that we won't be returning.

It was clean and spacious enough. The staff were friendly and helpful and always available. The view was mixed. We had a great view of the sunset, but you had to look over a lot of roof too. We would definitely stay here again.
