Tropicana Castle Dive Resort powered by Cocotel

Loved the location, central to everything. Just across the street you can hire a motorbike from Burto, and a very nice little side lane restaurant with the most amazing food

The smell, it had a musty smell, but the location is worth every dollar

Pros: Easy check in/out. We stayed 1 night on their apartment unit with enough space for a family of 7. Towels and toiletries were provided. Cons: Big cockroaches everywhere inside the unit. Receptionist gave us wrong WiFi password. It would be nice to have microwave or toaster since only 1 burner works on their gas range. We didn’t get the chance to see the amenities since their apartment units are separated from the main hotel building.

Staff was disappointing. No free breakfast even though I bought the package. They uncharged everything. No hot water. No fridge that worked

come on its a castle ...lol.....had a room right outside pool area ....rooms are big ,comfy bed ....loved the style of the place

ok so it needs some work ....we had no water the first night but they came up with big container of water ....had water after first night ....but not hot ...lol....

Man darf hier kein Wunder erwarten, das Hotel ist alt und Renovierungen finden offensichtlich so gut wie gar nicht mehr statt. Europäische Ansprüche sind hier fehl am Platz.

I like the pool but the room is too small for 3 person.

The CR in the pool are not clean

I had 5 good and relaxing days here at Tropicana. An amazing building with pool, outdoor gym. and a restaurant. The breakfast was a little overpriced but okay. The staff was super kind and always smiling and helpful.
