TownePlace Suites by Marriott Brentwood

I spent the first night in a room without air conditioning. Reported the issue, was told it was fixed. It wasn't. Had to get a 2nd room for my 2nd night. Was not offered any credit or discount due to having to sleep in a room over 80 degrees.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, and one of the highlights was the breakfast service. Every morning the buffet was fresh, well-organized, and had plenty of options to choose from. What made the experience even better was Christian, who works in the breakfast area. He greeted us with a big smile each day and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He was attentive, quick to help, and very professional, which made us feel valued as guests. Christian’s warm attitude created such a positive start to our mornings, and it really made a difference in our stay. When hotel staff show genuine care, it sets the whole place apart, and Christian is a perfect example of that. Thanks to his excellent service, I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stay here since it's close to Wash U, where out daughter goes to school. It's one of our favorites and the staff here is so sweet. We can't wait to see Ya'll again! Great location and free breakfast!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, with excellent service. The staff greet you warmly and are attentive to your needs, especially at breakfast. I was served by an employee named Christian, a very kind and attentive young man.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and we all had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights was definitely breakfast, thanks to the outstanding service from Christian. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone at our table felt taken care of. His positive attitude and professionalism added a special touch to our mornings, making breakfast one of the best parts of our stay together.

Amazing hospitality and welcoming environment. Both Markesha and Marco Polo were so friendly and helpful. These folks really made me feel welcome and comfortable. A nice relaxing stay.

My stay at TownePlace Suites Brentwood was exceptional. The suite was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen which made it very convenient for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring my needs were met. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast area; it offered a nice selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot items, making mornings very pleasant. The location is perfect, close to the Saint Louis Galleria and several restaurants. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed hotel that made my visit to Saint Louis enjoyable.
