reservamos con booking y cuando llegamos al establecimiento, nos dijeron que no estab nuestra reserva en el sistema, llamamos a booking y no resolvieron el problema, solo nos dijeron que no podian hacer nada, y que nos mandarian mas opciones (que nosotros tenemos que paagar), al final os quedamos ahi y nos costo el doble de lo que salia en booking

It was very Clean

They had a mini fridge in the room that only ran 2hr sessions & then shut off! Never indicated that and I had meds & food spoil! TV & heat would run 4hrs and both turn completely Off until you restarted it! Staff wasn’t friendly at evening hours it was as if you had to get eye rolls for questions you had! I had called the manager to complain about the fridge & the things that spoiled, I was told a supervisor would call me back and never did! Calling her back she said she told the GM & couldn’t understand Why he never responded and hung up!

The rooms are spacious and facilities is clean, with a beautiful back space around the lake. Its a perfect spot and the night staff are very sweet and professional.

Breakfast menu could have been a little better, and wished the staff were a little more accommodating to a big group guests and some special requests. Also they should have atleast one or 2 high chairs for infants.

Very big room with desk and sofa, nice bathroom. Free breakfast with kind of a choice. Supermarket nearby very convenient.

No good sound isolation at all. Nice pictures with pond and near wedding venue were misleading, I wasn't aware it's so close to highway 9 and it was loud from highway and probably the air freshener spread device in the hallway.
