Budget- friendly price, there are plenty of places to have breakfast/coffee/beer near the location. The host was helpful and responsive. There were well functioning air conditioner and washing machine.

The booking ad for Oriente DNA Studios V offers multiple apartments and the general pic album show a lot of windows and light. However, the apartment called "Studio" on the ground floor has no windows, just two small window-like openings. I now look at the pictures of the studio specifically and there are indeed no windows shown, but the overall album is misleading. Apart from this, all bed sheets need replacement and there are no hangers, so nowhere to leave your towels.

Localização ótima. Cómodo.

Deviam melhorar a base do chuveiro. A água escorre para fora da casa de banho.

Boa localização e limpeza.

O apartamento cumpria nos requisitos mínimos: tinha uma toalha de banho por cada hóspede mas não havia toalha na casa de banho; as almofadas e roupa de cama estavam bastante gastas, o que reduziu muito o conforto e descanso; a porta de entrada do prédio fechava bastante mal e muitas vezes estava aberta quando chegámos.
