Location was handy for train station.

Major safety issue - Bathroom door handle broke locking one of our group in for over an hour, an emergency locksmith was provided but nobody from customer service has reached out to apologise or check in to see if we were ok. Skirting boards were hanging off the walls in places. One shower was extremely slow to drain. Lights in hallway did not stay on which made going up and down three flights of stairs trickier. Couch very small and not very comfortable.

Instrukce k ubytování byly jasné a majitel na případné dotazy vždy odpovídal velmi rychle. Ubytování bylo čisté, cítili jsme se jako doma. Všechno bylo blízko.

Late check in

The location was fantastic, the apartment was clean and well stocked with free coffee pods, toiletries etc.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and there is no lift - since we are all fit it was not a problem for us but it could be an issue for less mobile/elder individuals. The apartment we stayed in would need a few minor repairs. It would have been great to have access to a brush or vacuum - we stayed for a week so lots of crumbs accumulated on the kitchen floor. Nothing was major enough to seriously decrease the overall experience.
