The breakfast was very good and was above our expectations. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite, friendly and created an excellent customer experience!

The room was NOT clean! There were crumbs on the floor. The bathroom was hardly cleaned from the prior guests. There were stains on the shower floor that I cleaned myself as well as hairs and some sort of dirt, urine stains in the toilet and the bathroom floor was sticky. My 5 year old makes a bed to higher standards. There were guests staying on our floor that were loud, slamming things, yelling and exiting/re-entering their room every 15 minutes at all hours of the evening and early morning.

We made a reservation and paid ahead on line through Expedia. When we went to check in, the clerk told us the payment had not cleared yet, that we needed to pay again and get a refund in the morning. We showed him that the payment cleared on our credit card as paid. He insisted we still owed money. When we started to call Marriott, he said “oh it just cleared”. We believe he was trying to get extra money out of us. This is unacceptable!
