"Front desk help?"

Everything was relatively clean and it was a nicely kept hotel. My complaint is that we called the front desk and asked for them to come clean the room and give us more towels and no one came. Then when we tried to call them back later, no one was at the front desk the entire day on Saturday to answer our calls. I even called the property on their main number, and no one answered. We didn’t have fresh towels after the first night.

Kitchen was full of ants, bathroom had lots of damage to the walls, couch was torn up and the powered window covers didn't work
