I have done a lot of traveling and stayed at tons of properties. I had to take time to review this property's staff. I've never stayed at a property where the staff made me feel more at home. Everyone seemed like they actually love their jobs, and show it with how they interact with the guests.

They were so nice to give me a top floor room with a view of the beautiful ocean looking lake and the view as the sun set into the lake.

"Non smoking property? Nice balcony view for the 4"

Nice hotel, well kept up landscaping, great breakfast. Im not sure what "non smoking property" means if there are table ash trays all over the place; front entrance, pool area, eating decks. Smoking was all out door but if you upgrade to a balcony room, the smokers are only a few feet away on the public deck tables and it made for an irritating experience. Nonetheless its a nice place, but maybe manager can address the proximity issue.
