"First time in Waingapu"

I will be back to stay here before flying back to Bali. Check in is very quickly handled by Joice, she explained hotel facilities and activities clearly. The room is clean, the staff is very friendly, and this morning they wear traditional dress, breakfast is Indonesian food , last night I had a dinner with menu steam fish with sambal nelayan, it was a very delicious dish, the WIFI is strong in my room.

I need more days to try horse riding, when I am staying here again, I will book a horse riding activity. See you very soon.

Very lovely and attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms, good restaurant in hotel. Great wifi.

The sights of East Sumba are quite spread out, so be mindful about this when travelling. :)

The restaurant is not up to standard for a 4-star hotel. Extremely slow service, bad expensive coffee, we did not get our food at the same time, impossible to get a glass of wine (minimum a whole bottle), cold atmosphere.

"Unexpectedly disappointed with the overall experience."

The staff were warm and friendly. Wifi signal was excellent!

We expected a small fridge in a hotel of this stature but there wasn't one. When we requested for one, we were told that we had to upgrade to another room, with an additional cost of IDR100,000 per night! The "upgrade room" was similar to our previous room, except the small fridge! At the buffet breakfast, the food served was cold. There wasn't any heater to warm the food. As there were not many guests, food at the serving counters that had finished was not replenished. If you intend to go to the beach near the hotel, don't expect the white sandy beach kind. This area is located near swampy area. Within the hotel compound, it was quiet. However, there was a big party with loud music outside of the hotel that evening which played right through the wee hours of the morning. That was terribly annoying!
