Amazing pool. Staff always very friendly and helpful

Looks modern but actually could be improve in a lot of things.

Great rooms, lovely rooftop bar where the staff were more than helpful considering we were a large group over for a wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the friendly, helpful staff. Swimming pools also great.

Good food in the restaurants and plenty of variety. A really lovely Nordic-style cafe.

All style, poor comfort. It's a fancy silver design award-winning hotel, but the thermal design is terrible. The building is poorly designed for the orientation of the block, the heat beats in through the windows and the Aircon can't keep up during the day (undersized for the high heat load). The corridors are dark with insufficient lighting and are very hot. There are two restaurants, both outdoors, so you get tropical heat and plenty of flies whenever you go to dine. The cafe is air-conditioned and you can order food there but it isn't open for breakfast.
