LUMA Hotel San Francisco

The location is fantastic with great walks directly from the hotel. Walked to Chase Center for a Warriors game and also along the water to the ferry building for delicious food stalls. The room was very clean and the blackout blinds great for sleeping in. Staff was friendly and kept us informed on great ways to spend our stay.

What a great hotel!! Everything is accounted for and it has a beautiful location :-) our teenage kids loved it and so did we!

Lee was incredibly hospitable and the property is beautiful. Great location, friendly staff, and wonderful atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend. Room was clean, sleek, and made it easy to relax and get away.

Great service, they gave us an early check in and upgraded our room. We were in town for a warriors game. Room was very clean, nice beds, super comfortable. All around great. Highly recommend! Especially for a warriors or giants game, super close to stadium.

I stayed here with my family and the Front Desk team (Guest Curators) were truly remarkable. They were not just efficient, but highly attentive and personalized our check-in, handling requests with grace and making us feel like valued guests. This high-touch service is world-class. A special shout out to Joy, Arwen, Norily, and Janet!  The hotel’s modern design is stunning. Everything felt new, clean, and thoughtfully curated. Our room was spotless, featuring a minimalist aesthetic with crisp linens. I'm already planning my next stay!

Perfect location for events in the area. Most things are within walking distance. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were greeted and helped by staff in shared spaces within the hotel. The general manager made himself available in the lobby near the elevators. He greeted everyone, helped with calling the elevators, and made friendly conversation without being overly invasive. The area in and around the hotel was bustling with folks attending events, but the noise level within the hotel was more than comfortable. We stayed one night to attend a work Christmas party nearby. We would likely stay here again when we return to the City.

Loved my stay at LUMA Hotel for a work trip. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, the rooms are spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean, and the location couldn’t be better—right along the Embarcadero for runs/walks and close to great coffee, food, and fitness spots. The concierge team made everything feel effortless. I would come back here again when visiting SF for pleasure.

I stayed at LUMA for two nights with family and it was a wonderful experience! They weren't open the last time I was in San Francisco (2021), but it will be our family's go to hotel when visiting SF. My daughter lives in the area so that makes it even more convenient. We had two rooms with two KING beds. Where do you see two king beds?! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the service is superb. We were checked in by Janet and Ricky who were so friendly. Location is wonderful. Some of my family members easily walked to the Chase Center. There is public transportation right outside to go there as well if you're not up for walking. They have their own coffee shop in the lobby. Coffee was great. Also had the breakfast burritos which were good. However, there are several places nearby that are great. Definitely Arsicaualt for pastries! Overall it was just a really relaxing two nights after a long week and a half of traveling. Everything was so seamless and location made things even easier. My sister who travels often for business is putting LUMA at the top of her recommendations list to her colleagues when visiting SF.

Sf’s best new hotel hands down. Spotless, new, stylish. The views are stunning and the service is fantastic. Super close to chase center and rh palm court. I will always stay here when I visit sf from now on. What a hidden gem, seriously. And the robots are so cute!!!
