Good location.

We booked the hotel as we were planning to book our son's wedding. But disappointed with the staff attitude. We ate dinner there but was informed there was no discount. Then when I insisted was given 10% discount only to find that hotel guests should have 15% discount. We have decided to arrange the wedding elsewhere because of how we were treated. It is their loss

"We felt at home. We had a great time and are very satisfied."

Consistently friendly, helpful staff. Every member greeted us with a smile and a namaste or good day. They did their best to meet our requirements. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was large. Restaurant, reception, room staff were very happy to assist us. We had a dinner for a large group (17 or so) and the entire restaurant team provided great service and took care of every one of our guests. Beach access if easy. We did some running - one can connect to Rushikonda Beach (Note: there is a camber for large sections if one were to run closer to the ebb & flow of the sea; farther away can be very sandy.

Coffee: the coffee needs improvement. It would be nice to get authentic cappuccinos and espressos.
